HOW TO PREPARE FOR A SUGISPIN CLASS:

 

HYDRATE! Hydration is essential! Please remember to hydrate before, during and after your spin class! There is a water dispenser available in studio and bottled water available for purchase.

EAT!  Proper nutrition is KEY to a great work out! We advise our spinners to avoid exercising on an empty stomach. We recommend a light snack 30 minutes before a class or a meal a few hours before class.

WHAT TO WEAR? Whatever you are comfortable in! Make sure to wear or bring socks for shoe rental. We offer complimentary shoe rentals that are specialized to clip in to our bikes! Feel free to bring your own spin shoes as long as they have the SPD cleats as they are compatible with our STAGES bikes.

GETTING TO THE STUDIO:

 COME EARLY! Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes before the class starts. Your comfort and safety is our #1 priority and it is important to have enough time to get you set up and adjusted to your bike. This will allow enough time to get you the proper shoe size for rental and set you up on your bike. Late arrivals will not be permitted into class.

If you are not checked in 5 minutes prior to the class you will not be allowed in the spin class and will lose your credit as a late cancel. 

CHECK INWhen you arrive to the studio, our front desk gals will check you in and get you some spin shoes.

LISTEN TO YOUR BODY! If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to a SUGISPIN team member. We are here to help you! Our instructor are here to push you during class but please always listen to your body and work at the level that is comfortable for you. Progress over Perfection!

POLICIES:

 CANCELLATION POLICY- No shows or missed classes that are cancelled within 12 hours of notice will result in a full credit deduction. This policy applies to all scheduled classes at SUGISPIN. Any clients on an Unlimited Spin package will be charged a $10.00 for any late cancels or no shows. 

**Cancellations via electronic mail (email), Facebook messenger, Instagram or other social media, voice message, text message are not valid and the member will be docked a credit.

WAITING LIST – Please feel free to put yourself on the waitlist if a class is full. If a spot becomes available you will receive an email informing your confirmed spot in the class. You are responsible for attending the class if you are on the waitlist. If you are not prepared to attend on short notice, then please remove yourself from the waitlist so you do not have unnecessary credits docked.
