  • How do I book into classes?

    You can easily book into any class using our free app for iOS and Android or by logging into our website.

    Our user friendly app will allow you to take a look at our schedule, any specials, membership options, drop in and punch pass packages and manage your bookings.

  • What is an INTRO package?

    Our 10-Day Unlimited Spin Intro Package is the perfect way to get started on your spin journey— for $30. No Commitment: This intro package is perfect for those new to SUGISPIN or looking to try out different classes without a long-term commitment.

  • Can I still ride if I show up late?

    We have a strict 'locked door' policy in place for safety reasons. Once the class has begun, we are unable to admit anyone into the spin room.

  • When can I book into classes?

    Booking Opens 1 Week in Advance
    Class booking becomes available one week prior to the scheduled class time, starting at 6:00 AM. This gives you the chance to secure your spot early!

  • What if the class is full before I get to book in?

    Join our waitlist! The waitlist always moves! You will be notified via email or text depending on your communication preference.

    By joining the waitlist you are also agreeing to our cancellation policy.

  • Can I pick my own bike?

    Yes! When booking your class, you'll be able to choose a bike or spot that suits your preference.Having your spot locked in means no stress about finding a place when you arrive—just walk in, hop on your bike, and get ready to ride.

  • Do you offer complimentary shoe rental?

    YES! At SUGISPIN, we’ve got you covered—no cycling shoes? No problem! We offer FREE shoe rentals for all of our spin classes, so you can focus on your ride without any worries. If you have your own spin shoes, please make sure they are SPD compatible!

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    There is a 12-hour cancellation policy for all classes. Members with unlimited packages will be charged a $10 late cancel or a $20 no show fee and credit members will lose their credit.

  • When does the spin studio open before class time?

    Our doors to the studio open 20 minutes before the class start time.

  • Do you offer water ?

    Yes! We have a water stations available for you to fill up your water bottle or we have bottled water for sale for $2.

  • Is SUGISPIN co-ed?

    YES! At SUGISPIN, everyone is welcome! We believe in the power of community, strength, and fitness, which is why our spin studio is co-ed, offering an inclusive environment where individuals of all genders can come together, challenge themselves, and elevate their fitness journey.

  • How early should I arrive to class?

    If you are a new rider we recommend arriving 10-15 minutes before class to ensure we take all the proper measures to get you ready for class.

  • Can I book in for a friend?

    Unfortunately at this moment, you cannot book a spot for a friend. Each rider must have their own account to reserve a class.

  • Do you offer shower facilities?

    YES! Our clean, spacious showers are available for you to freshen up after your ride. Whether you’re heading to work, running errands, or just want to relax, we’ve got you covered. We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash and towels so you can feel pampered and rejuvenated.

  • Can I get a refund for my spin packages?

    Please note that all packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

    Once a package has been purchased, it cannot be refunded for any reason, including unused sessions.

    Packages cannot be transferred to another person or applied to different classes than originally purchased.

  • Do you offer Private Rides?

    Yes! Book a private ride for you and your friends! Whether it’s for a birthday, bachelorette party, or just because, we’ll create a high-energy, fun, and memorable ride.

  • Can I DM the instructor to cancel my class?

    While the instructor would love to connect and appreciates your message, our instructor do not manage client accounts. Please manage your cancellations on your app.

  • What should I wear to a spin class?

    Whatever you are comfortable in! We suggest a breathable, moisture-wicking tank top, sports bra, or t-shirt that will keep you cool and dry as you work up a sweat. Choose comfortable, stretchy leggings, athletic shorts, or cycling-specific shorts that allow for free movement!
